Discover Parkland

Discover Parkland is a half-day course about Parkland Health & Hospital System tailored to members of our community who care about the future of Dallas. Members of Parkland Foundation take visitors behind the scenes of our safety-net institution to gain a first-hand perspective on the innovative ways that Parkland provides high-quality, low-cost medical care.

Participants will receive a general overview of the day-to-day operations of Parkland and its role as an academic medical center. Throughout the visit, there will be opportunities to talk one-on-one with a variety of Parkland administrators and various medical staff in order to gain a once in a lifetime look at what makes Parkland a renowned health care provider, setting the stage for national attention.
